We’re all about making your life easier. That’s why we’ve developed this simple payment guide to help take the guesswork out of making your loan payments — including a handy set-it-and-forget-it recurring payment option. Follow the steps below to enroll in UBTgo and make a loan payment.

Enrolling in UBTgo

Get information about your loan and access payment options via our online and mobile banking platform.

1. Visit ubt.com or download the UBTgo app from your smartphone or tablet’s app store.
2. If you're using a web browser, click Enroll in Online Banking below the login box. If you’re on the UBTgo mobile app, tap Register in the lower-left corner of your screen.
3. Enter your personal information in the secure form to submit your registration.
4. Create a unique username and password and select your multifactor authentication method.

Paying your loan from an external account

Use the instructions below if you would like to pay your UBT loan from another financial institution using UBTgo.

1. Enter your username and password to log into UBTgo.
2. If you’re on the mobile app, tap Transfer/Pay in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Payments followed by Pay a UBT Loan. If you’re on your computer, click Payments, then select Pay a UBT Loan. You can also access our payment portal by navigating to the loan in your account summary and then choosing Make a Payment. (Note: From here, the process will be the same regardless of whether you are using UBTgo via a browser or the mobile app.)
3. Choose An External Bank Account as how you would like to pay.
4. Click Continue to access the loan payment portal. You will be redirected to your customer dashboard.
5. Click Pay My Bill, then choose the loan you would like to pay and the external bank account you’d like to pay from.
   1. Note: If the external bank account you want to pay from is not available, you'll need to add it in the My Wallet section.
6. To set up a recurring payment, navigate to AutoPay. From there, you’ll choose Add Schedule and then fill in the required information to set up the recurring payment.

Paying your loan from a UBT account

The instructions below can be used for paying a UBT loan from a UBT deposit account. 

1. Enter your username and password to log into UBTgo.
2. If you’re on the mobile app, tap Transfer/Pay in the bottom navigation bar, then tap Payments followed by Pay a UBT Loan. If you’re on your computer, click Payments, then select Pay a UBT Loan. You can also access our payment portal by navigating to the loan in your account summary and then choosing Make a Payment.
3. Choose the option to pay with A UBT Checking or Savings Account. This will redirect you to our Make a Transfer page.
4. The first account displayed is the account your loan payment will come from. When you tap on the name of the account listed there, it will open a drop-down menu of available accounts. Select the account you’d like your payment to come from and the loan you would like to pay.  
5. Next, there are three buttons at the bottom of the screen indicating when (and how often) this payment should be made. For one-time payments, select Immediate if you want to make the payment ASAP or Future if you want to schedule it for a later date. If you prefer a later date, select the date from the calendar that pops up on the next screen, select Continue, then select Schedule to confirm.
6. To make this payment a recurring one each month — which we recommend! — simply tap Recurring to set this up as an automatic payment.
7. Select the Continue button and you’re all set.
